Short-term value-add properties

For smaller properties that we can quickly renovate and refinance, we are seeking short-term debt investments; typically, a 3-12 month timeframe. We offer a high-interest returns in exchange for working capital.

Long-term value-add properties

For larger apartments, we offer various debt or equity investment options. Investor capital is used for the down payment, closing costs and renovations. Investors receive solid, fixed returns for the duration of the hold. These projects can range from 2-5 years, at which time the property is refinanced or sold and investor capital is returned.
