About Us
Why Central Pennsylvania? Not only is this where we were born and raised, but the Harrisburg-Carlisle and Lancaster metro areas boast solid and diverse job markets including health-care, technology, government, education and travel & leisure. Considering these factors, the demand for quality rental properties is only going to increase.
When the company started, Andrew and his wife were expecting their fourth child (they now have 6!). Dissatisfied with typical Wall Street investment options, and wanting to take a more hands on approach to his financial future (versus having a 0.001% stock ownership in some mega-corporation), Andrew started Painted Sky Properties with his own sweat, money and a big dream.
What We Do
We provide real estate investment options for busy professionals.
We target value-add multi-family (apartments) properties ranging in size from 10-50 units. This positions us nicely between two very large segments of investors – the smaller “mom and pop” sized investors pursuing non-commercial 1-4 unit properties and large institutional investors pursuing massive 100+ unit apartment complexes. This reduces our competition and allows us to take a hands-on approach, which in turn, provides personalized, well-vetted options for investors.
